This Cajun Seasoning was created specifically for crab boils and seafood, but as we experimented with it, we found it very versatile with other dishes. You can season ribs, chicken, steak, scrambled eggs, mayo or even the rim of your Caesar. We put a small dash of organic Pink Sea salt, just enough to taste. The Hot Peppers combined with Spanish Paprika, Organic Oregano, Black Peppercorns, Thyme and Garlic creates incredibly bold flavours that will take your bland dishes to 'WOW!' dishes.
